Welcome to SumDup.app, a service operated by SUMD UP that provides AI-generated deposition summaries. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Service Description

SumDup.app allows you to upload a deposition transcript (`.txt` format), pay $25, and receive an AI-generated summary as a PDF via email and on-page download.

2. Payment

The cost is $25 per summary, payable via Stripe. You must provide a valid payment method to use the service.

3. Refund and Redo Policy

If the summary is inaccurate, we offer free redos upon request. If we cannot deliver a satisfactory summary, we will refund your payment.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must upload transcripts in `.txt` format and provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for the content of your transcripts, including any sensitive or confidential information.

5. Limitation of Liability

SUMD UP is not liable for any errors in the AI-generated summary or for the content of your transcripts. Use the summary at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
